QUOTES

1.1 Any quotation issued by Cut My Glass Pty Ltd is an invitation to treat only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.

1.2 Cut My Glass Pty Ltd reserves the absolute right to amend, correct, or withdraw any quotation at any time prior to formal acceptance, without liability or penalty.

1.3 A contract is only formed when Cut My Glass explicitly accepts the Customer’s order in writing by issuing a formal Tax Invoice or upon the receipt and clearance of a requested deposit, whichever occurs first.

1. Jobs under $5,000: 50% deposit and final 50% balance due upon completion.

Jobs between $5,000 and $20,000. 10% deposit upon acceptance of quote. 40% upon measure and ordering of goods. Final 50% deposit due upon completion as per the requirements stated in NSW Building Commission.

2. Lead times given are an approximate only; this could vary due to glass supply and scheduling availability.

3. Outdoor jobs particularly roofing jobs are dependent upon weather. Weather permitting your job will be reschedule as soon as possible.

4. For replacement of wooden windows /doors at times the beads can crack and have holes in them and break. We will fill them but further repair of the beads is at your own expense this includes replacement and painting. Unless specified prior.

5. If you notice minor defects or scratches on any mirror or splashback that has been sealed (glued/dried) it would be at an additional charge to remove the mirror/splashback. It's important to check your splashback or mirror before it's sealed.

***Please note if you notice any scratches on any glass product delivered and installed you have 48 hours to notify us for replacement after this period replacement is at the cost of the customer.

***Please note shoes are a WHS requirement and MUST be worn at all times when on jobs sites this includes all residential homes and commerical sites, it is the customers responsibility to lay down drop sheets if carpet or floors are of a concern.

All glass and all glass products supplied by Cut My Glass remains the property of Cut My Glass until final balance invoice/s are paid, failure to pay your invoice upon the agree terms and conditions will result in the removal of your glass/product.

Cut My Glass does not hang mirrors that are not our own mirrors.

BROKEN PIPES

Cut My Glass is not responsible for pipes broken during drilling, the reason for this is if the pipes are placed too close to the tiling (which is rare) there isn't a way for us to identify how close the pipes are to the tiling wall. The cost of any plumbing is at the expense of the customer. All care is taken during drilling.

INSTALLATION TIMES

Installs occur between 7am and 2pm. Saturdays are available between 8am and 1pm for single man installs if your job requires two men it will be charged at an additional cost if you are not available during the week.

LEAD TIMES (please note urgent order requests can be put in at an additional charge) Please note leads time are APPROXIMATE times only, there are too many variable factors at play this can be extended by days of weeks if we are held up by suppliers or any back orders. Approximate means close to an exact number, time, or goal, but not completely accurate or precise.

• Pool fencing and balustrades 12 working days
• Toughened glass 7 to 10 working days
• New window framing and doors 4 to 8 working weeks
• Double glazed windows and doors 20 - 30 working days
• Splashbacks 12 working days
• Window and door repairs is based on schedule availability

Weather, materials, access and availability may delay works being completed.
